This Natural & Washed processed lots from Colombia and Ethiopia, yields a balanced cup with a smooth mouthfeel; look forward to approachable notes of Hibiscus, Lemon Drop, and Cherry.


Spring BLOOM is a seasonal offering that combines two of our favorite single origin coffees from the year. The first is a favorite and staple of the year from Rodrigo Sanchez in Colombia, and the second is a Ethiopia Guji Hambela. 

Our roasting team chose to blend these two distinct coffees together in order to provide a balanced cup with a flavor profile that compliments the spring season.

The washed processed coffee from Colombia presents bold aromatics and prominent sweetness, qualities that are complemented by the more delicate floral and stone-fruit notes that come from the natural processed Ethiopian.
