Merry - Holiday Coffee

Merry is a dark roasted, approachable, and rich coffee that combines the sweetness of caramel with a distinct nutty quality, reminiscent of walnuts, and a full cream-like body. 

For this seasonal offering we have selected a natural processed coffee from the Loma La Gloria processing facility in El Bálsamo Quezaltepec, El Salvador. We found that a more developed roast profile helped to emphasize this lots rich chocolate and toasted nut qualities.
