For this Holiday season our production team has crafted seasonal coffees that showcase the range of our approach to roasting coffee.

These limited-time offerings contain some of our favorite single-origin lots from 2023. They also display the timeless and familiar notes that remind us of our most treasured winter time of year.

"Merry" is a dark roasted, approachable, and rich coffee that combines the sweetness of brown sugar with a distinct stone fruit quality, reminiscent of cherries, and a full body.

For this seasonal offering we have selected a washed processed coffee from a smallholder farm processing facility in Huila, Colombia. We found that a more developed roast profile helped to emphasize this lots rich chocolate and stone fruit qualities.

“Bright” is a lighter roasted, more modern, and vibrant coffee that offers a fruitful cup with floral aromatics and a slightly cream-like mouthfeel.

We have decided to create a blend of coffees from multiple processing facilities in Huila, Colombia. For “Bright” we have chosen washed processed lots. The lighter roast profile highlights the fruitful sweetness and dynamic acidity that is characteristic of washed processing.
