In The Cup:

This washed processed lot from Kata Muduga, Ethiopia yields a vibrant cup with a Tea-like mouthfeel; expect lively notes of Brown Sugar, Melon, and Citrus.

Much like Nano Genji our last release, Duromina is widely considered to be one of Ethiopia’s premier wet mills. Duromina reputation for high quality processing and consistent production lead to increased premiums for its members, and the spike in income caused the mill’s membership to swell to a level that maxed out production capacity.

Though this is our first time purchasing coffee from this mill, we have been purchasing coffees from this region go Ethiopia for about 5 years now. Duromina has been a staple coffee for Red Fox for many years and we are excited to finally get our hands on this special coffee.
