Kenya is world-renowned for its meticulous, multi-stage processing methods, and Gondo adheres to a strict protocol that results in a exceptionally clean cup profile. The Gondo coffee is processed at the Gondo Factory by the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society Ltd, which brings together smallholder farmers growing heirloom and newer cultivars like SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian.
