This natural processed lot from Campo das Vertentes Sul de Minas, Brazil yields a balanced cup with a chocolate aroma and a velvet mouthfeel; anticipate notes of Milk Chocolate, Almond and Vanilla.
In the rolling hills of Sul de Minas are pockets of rich coffee-producing lands and a vast array of excellent coffee farms. This coffee is a blend of three exceptional farms from this region, carefully curated by our exporting partner in Brazil, San Coffee. These farms are Fazenda Campo Alegre, Fazenda Mumbuca, and Fazenda São Paulo. The Caramelo lot is a mixture of Mundo Novo, Yellow Catucaí, Acaiá from these farms, all undergoing the Pulped Natural processing method.
