Peru Solidario coffee represents a collaborative effort among smallholder farmers across several regions of northern Peru, where high-altitude growing conditions and rich biodiversity create ideal environments for specialty coffee. “Solidario,” meaning solidarity, reflects the shared commitment of these producers to quality, sustainability, and mutual support. Coffee farming here remains largely traditional, with careful hand-picking and processing methods that preserve the integrity of each harvest.

This lot brings together coffees from multiple family-run farms, organized through cooperative networks that help producers access stable markets and improve quality standards.
