ABOUT:
Peru Nuevo Chirimoto coffee comes from the Nuevo Chirimoto community in the Rodríguez de Mendoza province of the Amazonas region in northern Peru. This region sits at high elevations in the Andes where coffee cultivation is the main economic activity for many smallholder families. Coffee production here is traditionally manual and deeply rooted in local culture, with growers working together to cultivate and harvest specialty-grade beans.
