Merry - Holiday Coffee

Merry is a dark roasted, approachable, and rich coffee that combines the sweetness of brown sugar with a distinct stone fruit quality, reminiscent of cherries, and a full body.

For this seasonal offering we have selected a washed processed coffee from a smallholder farm processing facility in Huila, Colombia. We found that a more developed roast profile helped to emphasize this lots rich chocolate and stone fruit qualities.
