Fruitful and complex; this coffee produces a dynamic cup, combining lively fruit qualities with more delicate floral and/or tea-like flavors.

In The Cup:

This washed processed lot from Agaro, Ethiopia yields a vibrant cup with a Tea-like mouthfeel; expect lively notes of Green Apple, Floral, and Honey.

The Gore Dako Cooperative is located within the Jimma Zone of Ethiopia just outside the town of Agaro. The Cooperative, is located very close to Duromina, our last coffee release!

This is our first coffee coming from this cooperative and we are very pleased about it. Gore Dako was established at a very popular washing station in the area. Nano Challa washing station is quite the celebrity status washing station and Gore Dako is now joining the ranks of high quality and fruitful coffee coming form the area.

We are hoping to be able to work with Gore Dako over the next couple of years and be able to develop a better relationship with them year after year.
